Don’t think they’re 100% sure he’s out for the season yet. Peet said on Wigan TV they need to get clarity on an operation being needed and the severity of it but they hoped he might make it back for the last few weeks.

I think so. I think a couple of people thought it was Cooper who’d been told could look elsewhere. It sounds like he’ll try and make a comeback for us next season but Isa will move on. We’ll need a replacement for Isa, without a doubt IMO. I like the looks of Walters but I’m not sure he’s an 80 minute second rower, Shorrocks isn’t good enough and Nsemba very raw and inexperienced.

I totally agree with your summary. It is imperative that we sign a top second row forward.

Nsemba looks a good prospect, though. Hopefully he can make the grade.

But yeah; it would be nice to have a Chris McQueen.

Are you expecting Isa to just give up the remaining months pay on his contract? If so, why would he do that? Would you?

If you’re expecting Wigan to pay off his contract then Wigan will only be able to use the quota spot if we have cap space left after the pay off.

Didn’t watch the game but Chans stats from last night are very good.
