No team is going to have no injuries come the business end of the season and we are looking better than most on that front at the moment imo, Powell is back if we want him so it’s only Havard and Isa missing from our 17 by my reckoning so not so bad (although I think Havard is potentially our most important forward)

Cooper too mate, we have a proper set of props if he and Havard were fit.

Yeah, missed a big one there, the competition for places would hopefully bring out the best in them all and also allow for rotation but I still feel 3 of our starting 13 being out at this stage of the season isn’t bad and must be better than we normally fair.

Signings watch.

Another try for Walters plus 134m and 38 tackles.

We’ve nailed that signing, think we would have got him at a decent price too as when we signed him he was playing in the reserves at Leeds. His stock has gone up massively since then.

Good to see Leeming has been playing for the 1st team at the titans the last few weeks, more experience over there the better.

Keighran only 5/5 goal kicking, little bit concerned about his lack of metres but that could be down to playing style.

Chan was 18th man and seems to miss out if Catalan have a full team.

If Keighran plays centre, I’m expecting another Wardle. You look at his stats and some weeks he might only run 50/60 metres Wardle but he’s a class act and comes up with some moments that just wow you. The way things are shaping up at 6, I’m half hoping Keighran might go in there but we’d still need a centre in that case.

Keighran certainly doesn’t seem the type to grind through the hard yards like King and that will be something we will miss when he goes back to Wire but hopefully our pack should be improved next year and we won’t rely as much on our backs for go forward in our own half, also Keighran might not have been asked to do it as much at Catalans so maybe he can do it but looking at his build, speed and experience in the halves im not holding my breath.
