Mago's fun to watch when he's playing well and I think that sways opinions when he has a good spell (including my own). The coaching staff understandably won't be bothered about that - I'm sure they'll be thinking we can get someone who is effective over a longer period and more well-rounded. Clearly Mago isn't the best defender.
If anything we would have too many players if we fill the two remaining overseas spots with forwards. An experienced second rower would be good but after that I'm not sure there's another spot to fill in the pack. You could make an argument for some more competition in the backline if Thornley and Hampshire move on.
