French in the NRL would be a back up utility player at the start. They just won’t rate what he’s done here because they’re ignorant to it all. He’d also be looking at a club like Wests or St George and would hardly win a game. I think the lure of good money in the UK, playing in a good side and playing in a pivotal position at stand off will keep him here. I know nothing of his personal life but did I see mention on here somewhere that he has a partner here now? That could help things long term.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if French and Field played out the majority of their careers here. I think we’ve found a couple of lads who slip through the NRL cracks but they’re perfect for this league. Leeds could well have found another in Lachlan Miller.

I don't think Miller is in the same league as Field or French, but he's certainly quick. I'd like to think that F & F will stay here long term. If they are happy enough in England, they couldn't be at a better place. As NK says, the chances of OT and Wembley trips, or playing for a basement side in the NRL and getting beat every week?

Miller looks weaker defensively when I’ve seen him but he’ll cause problems with the ball. Good footwork and he’s rapid. Hard to tell how anyone will go at Leeds though.

just watched his 7's hes not so fast, gets caught pretty easily, all 7's backs are fast, watched his and fields 7's and doesnt look the same league if im honest

Waqa Blake released by Parramatta Eels. Lacked confidence the last 2 years but is quick and powerful and will be a top centre if he can find confidence again. Worth a punt IMO. Only 28 too.

If Warrington don't want King back, it doesn't necessarily mean they'll loan him to Wigan again. Maybe they'll loan him elsewhere as they didn't expect him to strengthen Wigan this year.
