His style reminds me so much of Moran. He plays with no structure like Moran and looks like he's playing park rugby half the time. He like Moran has the talent to come up with individual moments of brilliance but his style just doesn't fit in with the structured style that we play.

As bad as Moran was for us he was outstanding for London (better then Sammut has been at any superleague club) but came in to a struggling Wigan side. It would be an easier move for Sammut as he'd come in to a better team but I still wouldn't go near him.

Prop has certainly become a position we need to look at. We've got those 5 plus Hopkins, Greenwood and Burke who can play there but another experienced option wouldn't go amiss.

It sounds like Patrick will be a bridge too far so we'll have to look at other options.

Wigan need a bit of mongrel, but who of the right age in British R/L could fill that role?.

When he shows up he's actually a very good player, LMS's problem is he seems to pick and choose the games he wants to try in.

LMS is like an angry hairdresser, I wouldn't describe as having any mongrel in him, more like poodle with a headache.

Spot on. He is a very frustrating player as he swings from one extreme to another all the time. If he found some consistency he would be one of the best props in the league. That's a big if though.
