Bad effort.

Since when have our colours been Cherry Pink and White? (and various shades inbetween).

Who on earth signs these designs off?

Should have gone to specsavers................

This design would have been binned there and then I reckon.

But as I said earlier in the thread, surely you'd get a far more representative sample by sticking 5-6 designs on the website and asking fans to vote. You could stick another 0 onto the 200 and that's around the amount of votes you'd get IMO.

Heard kooga were out after next season and this might have been a two fingered salute !! it looks like it !!
Good news though I did hear a whisper Wigan were in talks with XBlades the aussie brand for next year

As has been said previously, the chairman has done a terrific job thus far - a lot of this is based on a greater willingness to listen to the fans' views and take action on them. Please read this thread and let's get a strip sorted out worthy of a champion side.

Best post ive seen so far.....Just hope Mr Lenagan is reading. Come on Wigan....lets turn this negative into a positive, and going forward lets start getting fans voting on 6 designs at the end of the year...what better way to connect with the fans?

Well Wigan RL, if you were under any impression this new kit could be a hit, 21pages in just over 12 hours says it all really.

Just because someone buys the shirt doesnt mean they are a 'happy clapper' some people actually like it, its called a difference of opinion.

If you think you can get the club to change the shirt just because you dont like it then you are seriously deluded. They will sell enough, the shirt is already growing on people and most like it now.

Dont be so pathetic over a bloody shirt, if you dont like it, dont buy it. The club will have plenty of other things in store if you want to buy something you like with the Wigan badge on it.

Unfortunately the club know if they served up a shirt with a pile of dog 5h1t on the front but with a Wigan RL badge on some would still buy it. so they are more likely to, while even accepting they have made an error on this, continue regardless as they know they will get some sales. If everyone said were not buyin it, that would force the hand and we may get something decent.

The club will make more money by making excelent products for us all to buy rather than dross that only 1000 mindless guppies will buy!

And what sh!te have we been served up recently thats all fault to the guppies who put there hard earned money into the club ??


get a grip its a shirt..if the kit is all your botherec about go watch cas there kits good..you'll be happy

I agree in principle but you have to make sure it's the right people that vote, sometimes the opo fans get involved to 'mess things up'

Who can remember the Man Utd fans getting involved with the naming of a Man City stand after Colin Bell, thus the stand being the Bell end ?

If there had been a general vote then you would have still been stuck with this kit, Wire/Saints/Widnes/Leigh would have all made sure of that.

We missed a trick here, wigan should have created a limited edition champions shirt, all red like the st george away, if they wanted to break with tradition!
