So poor that even these rumours are left to rumble mid season just before a huge derby game, can't be good for squad harmony when our best player this year is supposedly fishing for clubs.
I love Jamie and have done since he was 10 years old.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

Glad you included this word.
The internet has made it a lot easier for players to apply pressure to their clubs when they are involved in contract negotiations. All they need do is tell a sob story to the press, and suddenly Cyberspace is alive with the scandal of it.
Aussie stars had only to mention that they were considering the UK, and they'd get a massively increased offer straight away. Even Nobby gave it a go - within days he suddenly had a huge online fan club, where previously, after yet another fallow season, he'd been persona non grata.
I don't know whether Finch is off or not. But I don't think we should panic yet.
Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid. Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal. Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.
If we lose Lima, Finch, Fielden, Roberts, Carmont, Leuluai and use their wages to give improved deals to the younger lads etc I'll be livid.
We need to sign a 6, keep Finch and sign a couple of rough tough battle hardened proven props.
I reckon Goulding will replace Carmont and Gelling to go to right centre.
IL cannot keep trying to sign less expensive players like Dudson, Fower, Luauki, Gelling as IMO they are unproven but with great potential, if we are to replace established players like Leuluai, Finch, Fielden, Lima and Carmont they will have to be established players themselves along the lines of Brett White, Roy Asotasi, Luke Bailey, Brent Kite, Steve Matai, Gareth Widdop (only if Finch stays), Brent Tate, Matt Cooper, Frank Paul- Nuuaasala.
Most are at the end of their careers and although the NRL will be paying big the chance to play in SL and use UK as a base to see Europe while they're here and a decent wage playing for the greatest club in the world might sway them
Out of them I only see Asotasi being attainable although Matt Cooper would be nice for a year or two.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate - the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever - Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go - Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know - FIOS

Awful idea. Why move Goulding out of the position where he has played his best ever rugby. He has been setting up the top try scorer in the league over and over. Twice last weekend.
The partnership and understanding between Goulding and Charnley is currently the best in SL.
Asotasi's finished, he's got a year left on his big Souths deal so any contract offer from sl would have to be a good one over a few years.
Widdop wont leave Storm for at least another year, has anybody heard how your approach for Reed went?
unless asotasi realises he is a gamble because it seems hes made out of sticks and glue he wont get a big contract from us, he will have to fall in line with the wage structer at wigan.
at one point widdop is going to come to a stage where he needs to think about hes kid if he wants them to to be pure aussie or get them intouch with there roots.
we wont sign jack reed no chance dont think anybody will get him away from the broncos. add the fact shaun wane has come out and backed goulding and thornley recently.
we wont be signing any decent NRL player next season as they have a salary cap almost twice that of super league in place for 2013. If we did tempt someone we would either be paying them well above the rate of players already at the club or they are surplus to NRL clubs due to age, injury or discilpinary reasons.
It is a fact we will have to live with as the UK game is not as highly supported financially as the NRL
