Chase could be sacked if he wants to be. Its not hard to find a way to be sacked, but if that happens and then he signed for another SL club surely that would open a can of worms? Whats the rule on the club who owns his licence and how much he could be sold for?
Imagine if every player who wanted to switch clubs got sacked to rule out a transfer fee? That spells chaos. Then again in the real world its not a bad idea...

Hindmarsh is retiring this season. With some of the comments on here about NRL players I question who actually watches it.

I find it amazing how people are turning their nose up at the likes of Rangi and Burrow, who are people honestly thinking we are going to sign? The named 7s are two of the best in the league! I'm sorry but the likes of Cronk/Thruston/Carney/Soward will not be signing.

I disagree, whenever I have seen him this season he has looked past it and a long way from the player he was. He is certainly nothing special compared to our other 2nd rows and for me offers nothing different..

Hull FC have signed Crookes from Bradford for next season, and rumoured to be talking to a few other players. Deadline for registering players for this year is July 20th apparently, reckon we will make a bid for any players now the administrators are in? Wouldnt mind Lulia for next year, or Gale until the end of the season.

Lulia would be the one I'd be interested in. We know we need a centre for next season. Okay, he's no George, but he's a big rough handful and he's fast.

True but didnt he sign a 3 1/2(?) year deal? canty see us signing another centre with him already on the books. Unless he is shunted to the 2nd row

Well we do have a shortage of 2nd rowers, oh wait...

I dont know why we signed him, aside from the fact hes English and came through our academy. We dont have any young centres banging on the door trying to get into the 1st team, aside from Gelling whos got 1st team experience on the wing.

If we have cap space available, i'd much prefer we signed a proven centre and a half back rather than promote unproven talent just because "its a team of wiginners".
