I think sadly there is hardly anyone out there that could replace Taylor. He's pivotal to our pack this year and he'll leave a massive void next season should he go.

Really can't think of anyone who would be a like for like replacement.

We have three additional players already for next year's pack, Tomkins, Tauati and Greenwood. If Taylor should leave we have the manpower, whether we have the quality will remain to be seen.
The only one leaving would be James by returning to full time coaching.
On that basis I'm not too concerned about next year until something is known for certain. Until then Taylor is with us and hopefully will do a great job until the season's end!

There's a couple of young lads at Hull KR who've impressed me every time I've seen them this season. They're very much raw talent but so was Taylor at that stage of his development. Ones to keep eyes on definitely. Think it's Green and Cox

In this country I can only think of Craig Huby as a realistic option who I'd like to see come in and replace Taylor (if he goes). He older which isn't ideal but he's at a similar level at the moment (although I believe Taylor will be better in the long term). We haven't been linked with Huby though and with the amount of clubs in for him I expect a bit of a bidding war has taken place. We don't enter in to bidding wars.

We'd have to go overseas for a replacement unfortunately.

Will James Greenwood be loaned out again next season or will he stay, fight for his place, and maybe go out on dual registration? What do people think?

I know the game was a mismatch but Taylor gave a reminder of how good he can be on Saturday. In my opinion he's been generally poor by his standards over the last month or so prior to that game.

Hope he starts to do it more consistently wherever he plays - England could have a good player to add to the team if so.

Tom Lineham being mentioned on Twitter as a Wigan target.

Sure he signed a new Hull contract not long ago.

Wane has gone on record saying he is a big fan. It has been mentioned on the Hull board as part of the Taylor deal. I don't see the point of signing Lineham unless we are loosing either Charnley or Burgess.

roosters are reportedly after Burgess. I would love to see what Lineham would be like after a preseason with bitcon and Waney.

Spot on. Lineham has a lot of potential. Already over 16 stone, great athletic frame. He'd be great for Wigan if the rumours about J.Burgess leaving prove to be true.
