Wigan vs Leeds finals aggregate score. Wigan 178 - 64 Leeds Wigan wins - 6 Leeds wins - 0 I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubblegum. Don't you struggle. Don't you fight. Don't you worry, cause it's your turn tonight! Esse quam videri.

Boston must have been one hell of a player if you rate him higher than Hanley, Rogues.
I unfortunately never saw Boston grace the field (my biggest Wigan related disappointment). But I did Hanley, and I rate him as the best British player I've seen.

Didn't Don Fox died about three years ago?
yes rogues and when he died when the tributes came in I remember his family saying he carried that missed conversion for the rest of his life .He was never allowed to go anywhere without someone bringing it up.As you know he was also a very good player too and that incident overshadowed his whole career. His family also intimated that it could have contributed to the condition which he died from.I would think if Don Fox was selected to be the statue from that picture they wouls ask his family for permission

SAINTS THE ORIGINAL AND PERENNIAL CHEATS For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled. For 27 - 0 you get a trophy For 75 - 0 you get sod all. Wigan had eight in a row Saints have five in a row

Agree, because they were two players who could play superbly well in different positions. Both played in major finals in three different positions.
Brian Bevan and Tommy Voll were both great wingers, but that's all they were, Billy B and Murph were outstanding RL players.

Would love to have Boston and Murphy playing this Sat against Australia, throw in Brian McTigue and Dick Huddart and we would win with 40 !!!!
