I would guess we have agreed a deal with Hull given the fairly sudden exclusion from the side and the speculation.

I will be sorry to see such a good player leave but if he wants to leave then IL will make sure its at the right price.

Well Scott Taylor included in the Grand Final squad, perhaps some hope that he may remain at Wigan for 2015?

Would love to see Taylor remain at Wigan, young prop with so much to offer. I hope they can sort out their differences keeping Taylor at the club.

There was a rumour in yesterday's trade press that Scott Taylor is going to Huddersfield on a loan deal. If it is season long then that should release some cap space.
If true I hope the club insist on the restriction that prevents him playing against us.

I know Wane is really keen on Larne Patrick, I wonder if we could see him coming the opposite way as part of the Taylor deal?

Also, if the reason Taylor wants to leave is his girlfriend misses home, what benefit is it to him moving to Huddersfield? Still a fair old drive from Hull.

I would imagine 'his benefit' is now irrelevant to Wigan. What matters more is finding space wherein we can accommodate a forward who actually does want to play for us. Hull are clearly not getting Taylor until they stump up the cash or his contract expires. In the meantime, why should we run one man light in the pack?
