Sorry for being negative but I thought last nights game showed just how poor the game is.
I left with 15 minutes to go when I think it was Williams threw out an exceptionally bad pass to Sarginson and thought that just about summed us up and I thought I would sooner go for a pint than continue watching poor skill levels from both sides.
I have never in nearly 50 years of watching the team done that before even when we have had good shallackings.
I don't want to talk about Tomkins.......

I just got so frustrated with exceptionally poor decision making by both sides and our lack respect for having possession of the ball. I love attacking play but we don't seem to consider that sometimes you just have got to get the basics and do the hard work.

I've seen much better Wigan teams than this one play a lot worse than we did last night. You are entitled to leave early - of course, and no, contrary to some opininion, that does NOT make you a bad supporter. But all you really did in that circumstance was deny yourself a bit of a grandstand finish. Your call, absolutely. But my call is that it was a nonsensical thing to do.
