I'm told he's been sacked.

Surprised by this. He was training with the team on Monday/Tuesday at Orrell when he was seen greeting Willie Isa as he arrived at training facilities.

Has anyone else heard anything? Story seems to be gathering momentum.

Sacked for a silly offload? I doubt it. If that was the case Hock would have been sacked by every club he's played for...

In a work force anywhere if you have aroung 30 blokes working there it's almost guaranteed that one of them will be daft as a brush! It appears Gelling may be the one at Wigan RLFC.
It's a challenge for the firms man management quailities to ensure the best is gained from the individual who very often, as with Gelling, is quite talented.
