Heard from a few now that Hampshire is going on loan to Cas for the season next season. Anyone heard anything ??

The issue with that is where will he play? It'd be tough to see them picking him ahead of Dorn, Roberts or Gale so he could be in the same situation again.

Wakey would make sense to me. His boyhood team who are rebuilding and have lost their scrum half and fullback (Smith and Locke).

The term second row that can play prop fills me with dread.

We have signed too many utility forwards over the last few years. Jack of all trades master of non. Hopefully if it is true and a new signing is due it is a real quality one and not another "project" signing.

I have heard a whisper Tautai may be looking for a move back to Wakefield.

The actual announcement tomorrow will be the first signing made on the advice of our new forwards coach Mr Coward aka Flexwheeler. IL thought that with his connections it would be James " Run again son" Graham however, the tactical genius that is Flexwheeler thought Graham wasn't tough enough so he has advised that we sign Ron " Do you know who I am" Pickering instead.
I know Mr Coward aka Flexwheeler has been taking the urine lately but I must admit his knowledge of all things rugby league and his imminent signing has left me speechless. Gowd bless him.
