When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club.
We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens.
Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league

Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate

the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever

No official announcement on breaking the 20K barrier, followed by an RFL statement saying the South and West stand were sold out which was just blatant lies. If the RFL are involved owt could happen and probably will.. Me thinks Matts had a gagging order place on him, or is he just gagging?

Whatever happened to Billy McGinty's pineapple?

Ticket status now below (figures in brackets as at 6pm last night) 19 (was 25) tickets left in the South stand. 348 (was 203) tickets left in the West stand. 519 (was 386) tickets left in the East stand. 504 (was 406) tickets left in the North stand. 1390 (was 1020) left in total (on Wigan eticket site). Looks like the RFL are handing sales over to Wigan. Does anyone know if you can buy any tickets now from the RFL and pick it up from our ticket office?

Looks like the RFL are handing sales over to Wigan. Does anyone know if you can buy any tickets now from the RFL and pick it up from our ticket office? Which is what should have happened from day one!! I know I know its an RFL event but with the game being played at the English teams home venue for the first time and with the professional ticketing setup Wigan have there was NO need for 2 eticketing systems to buy the tickets from. This has added to confusion and fans buying tickets in areas they didn't want. Hopefully theres no more to come from the RFL (or is there Matt?) and with a good walkup we could still possibly sell most of these.
