Looks like Burgess may be coming back Charnley was undoubtedly Wigan’s best player in attack and defence on the night – the challenge of replacing him is an ominous one, although the Warriors are believed to be close to announcing a return to the club for the Sydney Roosters winger, Joe Burgess. No surprise.

Lenagan on the radio earlier. Burgess announcement is the first confirmed of the "few" expected signings over the coming days.

The few will probably be Burgess, TL and FPN. I'd be happy with that, even if I'm a little puzzled re TL

I know it's not exactly breaking news but according to someone I know close to both the club and Leuluai, it's a done deal.

For the first time ever I'm "in the know". Watch him sign for Saints now

Latest rumour I was told about is that Smith could be on his way out. The club are liaising with other clubs with a view to offloading him.
The source is someone who used to be connected with the club on a day to day basis but still retains friends/contacts within the club.
If the plan is to bring in an established 6 or 7 than I am fine with this but if the plan is to play Powell or TL there then I don't see any tangible improvements in this move.

Really can't see this being true and most of your rumours seem to be false even though you always claim to have inside info.

A rumour from the sun is Bennett wants the Mortis twins and Hodgkinson to play for England.
