Well, unironically, probably yes. The NRL may highlight his weaknesses (as it has done with Joe Burgess, although to credit Joe, he has much improved in recent weeks), but by SL standards, Hardaker is still a very good player.


BTW, I just watched the NZ Warriors' final capitulation of the season, getting hammered by the Eels after leading 12-0, but once again Tommy was one of their best, if not the best. A try assist after two minutes, an identical one dropped over the line by Vatuvei just before half-time, he was a constant threat in attack and defence in the first half. Unfortunately, in the second half the Eels decided to keep the ball and not share it at all with the Warriors.

How about Hardaker at full back and Sam at stand off?hes a goal kicker too but pretty erratic.

Tommy may be doing the Haka sooner than that, he has been chosen for the NZ train on squad for the 4 nations.

He cant be playing all that bad.

After the way he has played this season I think Wigan would be nuts not to use him in the halves next season, I think his form in the halves could negate any interest in Hardaker for you guys as a spine of Tomkins, Williams TL and McIllorum is much better than youve seen this season just need a bit more strike in centres and you should see a whole different Wigan next year

How about Junior Sau from Salford as a strike centre? Replace Sarge?

Salford seem to be losing key personnel and their Super League status is at real risk. If they go down I think we could get him.
