Was thinking about Sutcliffe last week as a potential futureWigan player. I would be pretty happy with that. Think there is a very good player in there with the right guidance.
Not sure I would pay big for him however at the moment.

Definitely a lot of potential there. Would be a good signing for us I think, he ticks a lot of boxes. Really surprised Leeds haven't offered him a contract - BMc mustn't like him??

I'm sure Leeds will offer him a deal. He looks a good player but he needs a position.
I supppose that would be the attraction of Wigan if they're willing to offer him a spot in a certain position.

He's been playing in the back row a lot recently. When I've seen him he's not been massively creative so not really a 6. Top drawer goal kicker though! |

Depends how we want to play, for me. Think Bateman is by some distance the better player, but if we're looking for a direct SO'L replacement, then I can see the logic in going for Sutcliffe with a better range of passing. |
