None on that list worth signing to be honest.

Only 1 I'd take would be Ewan Dowes providing we can get him on a salary befitting a 4/5th in line prop.

I must say if you think 6.1.4 is of particular interest then we have very different ideas of what is interesting.

6.1.4 The RCSM may notify the Club that he requires further information in order to assess the proposed transaction or conduct. He shall not be required to proceed with his assessment until such further information is received.

he just make up a rule number? All terminations count on the cap also.
