You have to question why he was going to be playing if he wasn’t right the day before? It would not be the first area of the club to have ‘cut its cloth accordingly’ in the last two years. The assistant/academy conditioner was the one who stepped up in this instance I think. Added the link below. We’ve ‘gone in a different direction’ according to Radlinski at the time.
