It would be a surprise as he’s playing regularly for hull and has a chance of a possible challenge cup final to play in. Clarke on the other hand I can understand as he is well out of the picture at cas.

Hope it isn’t true, if it is no wonder he doesn’t want to move on as I can’t see other clubs matching that. No wonder our squad is crap if that’s the sort of money we are dishing about on the likes of Escare.

If that’s true then that is a disgrace a squad player at best it does kind of show how badly managed the cap is at Wigan,or at least seems to be at any rate,no club will pay him that,Lam won’t pick him so I assume he will just sit out this deal?

Of course I have no way of proving this. But it was a rugby league journalist John Davidson. And when mentioned that Wigan want to move Escare on, his agent Graeme Taylor said, “I think they have to discuss that with me first, and have a huge cheque book”.

I presumed Escare was on peanuts, he was on the outside at Catalans impressed early days for us but has never been a regular. How has he managed to get a 6 figure contract? No wonder if he won’t leave and you can’t blame him.

Damn, just seen that Escare has a contract up until the end of 2020. Assumed it expired at the end of this year.
