I would however expect an announcement from the club in the next few weeks regards a coaching appointment and a couple of select signings/departures. No one worth their salt has any idea what Jackson Hastings is doing or planning, he hasn't even told any of the players at Salford. I do know Josh Jones was offered a great deal but chose Hull due to personal preferences.

Posted: Thu May 23, 2019 5:43 amIf Hastings wants a one year deal fair play to him for at least being honest with his intentions, most of our lads seem to sign long term deals then want out after 1/2 years, so it’s always in their favour. At least if it goes tits up and doesn’t work out we won’t be stuck with a high earner who isn’t performing/has a long term injury and we can move on after a year. I know it means we won’t get a transfer fee but we have hardly brought in the earth when our lads have gone down under in the past.

No announcement on players (re-signings or new arrivals) until coaching announcement. Potentially prior to next home game? Lam is virtually odds-on, club have held no other candidate interviews.
Escare to Toronto is done, could even be immediate.

Hope your source is way off in regards to Hardaker, been one of the few shining lights this year and is just crying for some service. I do struggle to see it, especially with Escare off to Toronto, we’d have no fullback? Unless we’re looking to sign Kalyn Ponga!!!!
