What I never understood is why when we have played him that we rarely used his kicking abilities on the 6th or from hand for penalties.
That and putting him on the bench and not bringing him on, more than once.
I didn’t like the signing to begin with, I still don’t. He isn’t anywhere near the standard of a top SL side and I’d go as far to say any standard of SL club.

I don't think they'd let Shorrocks go. He's recently signed a new deal.

Anybody know anything about Leeds signing Corey Hall from you's? Iv heard nothing about it, but his twitter page and England academy squad announcement both have him as a Leeds player.

I see Christian Welch is still available - would have far preferred Wigan to have tried to bring him in instead of signing up Clubb again.

Apparently he was homesick big shame that I've watched him in the under 19's and he looked like a cracking prospect,will be a big hit at Leeds

Welch would be on at least double what Clubb is earning surely? Probably more......well he should be anyway.
I think we should have gone for Welch or a player in this mould over Burgess.

The local paper thought maybe a loan deal. I certainly hope we’re not thinking of letting him go full time given Manfredi has huge question marks over his fitness and Burgess looks a shadow of his former self. I like Davies, he’s no world beater and has really limited ball skills but he’ll graft and graft and take so much pressure off the forwards.

A loan deal for Davies is ok as long as it's not a season long loan with no recall. The usual loan with no recall for the first month then recall at any
Also that he can't play against us either.
