If Sam cops a 1 match ban then Micky will have to do 80 mins v Leeds. Be interesting to see how that goes.

Will be some tired bodies in both sides, might be worth using Ganson for this game?

Having said that, I'd be tempted to challenge it on principle. I haven't seen it back since watching the game, but I can't for the life of me work out what he's done wrong.

Definitely use Ganson at interchange 9, he deserves another shot after not letting anyone down earlier in the season.

He was unlucky with the way Tasi (?) turned in the tackle, but it was an attack to the knees and not within normal range of movement, in all honesty I'm surprised it's only a grade B. As I say it was much more unfortunate than malicious, but tackles like that can rupture ACL's and end careers.

I didn't see it as an attack to the knees, but again, I haven't seen it back in the cold light of day.

I simply saw it as a player who was still making progress forward and the defender stopping his legs, exactly what we teach 10 year olds to do.

That might have been his intention but his shoulder went straight in to the knees - that's not what you should be teaching ten year olds. The end result was it was a dangerous tackle, he put the other players welfare at risk and there has to be a punishment for that.

to be fair thats what you used to get told and how to tackle, its not dirty but you want to leg drive you run the risk

I'm with big Jim on this one. I was expecting a grade C charge. At the end of the day it doesn't really matter what Tasi does, as a 3rd man in you have to be very careful on how you enter the tackle and Sam was too low putting undue pressure on Tasi's knee.

If you watch us this year the 3rd man in now enters the tackle round the waist and skills down thus avoiding the ''cannonball'', Sam just got it wrong.

Same principle with Tasi's charge, TT was going down but Tasi made direct contact, shoulder to head.

Ideally id like MM to play 80 however, young Ganson does offer something different and it's a short turnaround from yesterday. Ganson looks a decent prospect.
