Not had any response to my e mail to the ticket office today.

It is a bit of a mess, they first sent me a figure that included the car park, only to then (re)confirm with the ST price alone. I did query this & did get a reply the day after, that car park fees weren't being included & would be availble to buy later on in the year.
So I'd guess the apparent shambles is simply down to whoever is on duty that day & remembers to monitor the inbox.
Still, it doesn't give the impression of a professional operation at all, does it?

That's exactly what happened to me. I asked what my £450 was buying as it was never stated in the original email which was stupid.
To be fair they replied to my email next day and stated that the price was for season tickets only and the car park pass would have to be purchased at a later date, which isn't really a problem but should have been stated on the original email. As it's the first year of this scheme maybe there were teething problems but the way it has been communicated is very poor. If it's similar next year I'll cancel the direct debit.

The fact the club is collecting so early is a worry in itself. Are there cash flow issues which mean they need to collect this early? Don't remember it being so early before.

After signing up last year I had it in my mind that the reminders and details would be out in Oct this year so I was a bit suprised to see the letter asking for payment appear in Aug

I had budgeted tp buy my season tickets in November as has been the case for the past few years, and though that we would be the case when I signed up for Auto Enrolment. Tricky to conjure up £400 months earlier without any prior warning

Same here - Had to ring and find out what the amount quoted was for.
Then they took the differing amount

As an aside - Monies repaid into Account today
At least that was done quickly

They refunded me but by the wrong amount!

The club is making a loss this year hence why there already selling season tickets for next year
