It is a bit of a mess, they first sent me a figure that included the car park, only to then (re)confirm with the ST price alone. I did query this &
did get a reply the day after, that car park fees weren't being included & would be availble to buy later on in the year.
So I'd guess the apparent shambles is simply down to whoever is on duty that day & remembers to monitor the inbox.
Still, it doesn't give the impression of a professional operation at all, does it?
