Wholly agree. Although the more that comes out about the circumstances of that night, it would be a more baffling outcome than Trump's coup if he was allowed to stay.

Tough to know what to believe to be honest. A lot of rumours are coming from Cas fans, who naturally have an axe to grind. I remember them coming up with all sorts of crazy rumours when he was suspended this time last year. I'd get rid, but not confident that the club will, given how difficult it would be to find a good replacement four months before our first game.

Only player to wreck two different clubs build up to GF in consecutive years.

Zak Hardaker given a 20-month driving ban after pleading guilty at Leeds Magistrates to drink-driving. The Court heard he was more than twice over the limit and told officers he had two gins and six pints. Listed on court documents as Zak Dakin, he was also given a £1,810 fine.

Radlinski bang right not to comment. As others have said, I think he'll be kept on. IL and KR will have known when they were getting themselves in for when they signed him and would be very naïve to think they'd have no further issues. Granted, probably thought they'd get a decent year out of him first!

Article saying he was twice the drink drive limit having drank "6 pints and 2 gins". Failed breath test after he ran off and police attended his house. Chances are his alcohol levels were higher than recorded after his little jog home and journey to the cells.

Time will tell what's next for him. If he is sacked, another Cas contract wouldn't surprise me and it would speak volume about the culture there. Can't help but feel if I was a team mate of his I would be absolute livid at him detracting from GF chances last year but I suspect it'll be water under the bridge for them...

Re: ZAK : Thu Oct 11, 2018 3:03 pm
Wigan’s main issue should be that he was out on the razz after midnight when he was due in for training the following morning. If that’s how he treats the club that have offered him a lifeline, within days of starting, they god knows what he’ll be doing once he’s got his feet under the door.
The fact he’s been caught drink driving in a car that’s uninsured and doesn’t have an MOT just makes it worse. And the stupidity of trying to evade the police by running off and even then claiming not to be the driver is just indicative of his poor decision making.
But from a performance point of view, the fact that Zak thinks it’s okay to go out and get battered when he’s due in training the next morning is the biggest worry,
