This now has had got beyond the crazy.

Lam is a terrible as a coach. Yes he has been dealt a bum hand but at this point I would rather see us win ugly with Wane than try and win pretty win Lam.

I doubt they do but I hope Lenegan and Radlinski read these boards because they both need their arses kicking!! Radlinski cannot stay in charge of signing players, other than Greenwood and Hardaker I cannot see a signing worth any value at all to this club!

We have a massively sub standard team that's filled with average Super League/ average Championship players.

Hankinson
Isa
Tautai
Powell
Leuluai
Flower
Clubb
Navarette
Marshall
Sarginson
Sammutt
Williams
O'loughlin
Escare

All of these need to leave or hand up their boots.

I struggle to see a too class youngster coming through (Smithies aside) and wonder what is going on with the academy!!

Don't give me names of players that have come through like Wells/partington/kibila etc because we all know they are duff!!

Let's get a grip!! Let's hope Lenegan gets rid of all the s***e above and Radlinski and invests some proper money into a good team with a decent coach

Please convince me otherwise!!

Spot on! Although you will have the Leneghan/Radlinski disciples coming on shortly and trying to tell you different.

We are now reaping what we sow.

The kids coming through are just products of ‘The Shaun Wane Wrestling Academy’ No flair , no zip , no skills , but can wrestle ! You can’t blame Adrian Lam for the hand he’s been dealt

I would add Manfredi to that list too. Harsh maybe, but his injury record means we are always short in his position, and paying someone not to play.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but to see Josh Charnley lined up against Hankinson yesterday made me realise what a poor decision it was not to take him back.

Yep, lets get rid of 14 players in one year, including pretty much all of the experience we have. That'll turn us into a top side

And yet still haven’t won the league in the majority of their fans lifetimes. Easy to start crying on forums when things aren’t going our way and forget the success the regime you’re criticising has brought us.

As for Gelling he has moments of brilliance and moments of sheer stupidity. And most fans on here moan when we re-sign players. (Then again when we don’t).

We’re also rumoured to be getting a very good Aussie halfback next year too. So put your toys back in the pram!

“1998,2010,2013,2016 & 2018.....I was there” oh the irony.

Hell bent on criticising Lenagan but quoting the achievements he brought us on your profile.

Aren't Wire utterly fantastic?
They've won everything forever. Though they do make finals, trouble is they keep losing them.
To suggest IL/Rads have a worse record than Wire is quite something!
Can IL and Rads improve, of course. They are watching the same games we are and probably coming to the same conclusions. They know where we need to strengthen and will do it.

I understand some of what you say. But some of those players listed are good players when coached properly.

Very harsh to criticise guys like O’Loughlin, Marshall, Flower, Leuluai.
Even Hankinson I feel people are taking their anger out on him, he’s a squad player who’s been forced to play out of position most chances he’s had. He always seems solid in defence.

People seem to forget that other clubs have average players too, it’s part of being in a salary capped sport.

It’s not the players I have an issue with, it’s the coach.

Look at saints, players like Peyroux, LMS, Grace and more. All average players who we would never have wanted to sign judging them before Holbrook arrived. But the coaching makes them play better than their talent.

At Wire, Lineham been average for ages, Patton isn’t great, Toby King, Jack Hughes we let go of etc.

Wane used to bring the same out of our players, but Lam doesn’t seem to be able to.

Im going to be controversial here, but if Wane was still here I think we’d be 2nd or 3rd in the league right now. I can’t probe this or course, but some games this season we’ve been pipped by a couple of points, Wanes defensive coaching wouldn’t have allowed some of these tries to happen.

Even looking at the Austin try yesterday, our marker defence never used to be that poor where players could run right through the middle.

Even looking at Blake Austin, he isn’t a world beater. He was a bang average NRL player who had a good season in 2015. Most Canberra fans (judging from forums and NRL Reddit forum) weren’t bothered that he left and thought he was poor. They think that they are better off with Sam Williams (played a few games for Catalans and Wakey) as well as Wighton, a centre converted to stand off via fullback.
