Anyone else struggling to get through to the ticket office, been on twice on Friday over 5 mins a time. Just been on now over 7 minutes still no one answering.
Wouldn't mind but you have to listen to a load of bull about Latics. Isn't it about time we had our own phone lines? Rant over

Finally got through after 15minutes, it was only a query I had. Used to get through virtually straight away.

Heard there was quite a lot queuing for tickets this morning. Might explain why phones where taking a while to be answered?

No, just the usual poor service. My dad queued for 45 mins at the ticket office this morning. There were only 12 people in front of him. Main problem is stupid opening hours. They should go back to opening on Saturday mornings or open a ticket terminal at Warriors World.

New ticketing website has removed the 5 other people I buy tickets for.
4 have been able to get the 'password reset' link sent. It doesn't work for the fifth. We are long-term ST holders and I know all the client codes etc.
Tried to phone. Wasted 10 minutes on hold listening to infuriating rubbish about Latics and other annoying 'events'. Not even a 'countdown' or apology for time on hold.
Rugby is very good at the moment. Buying tickets is a total joke. You can't even e-mail the club and get a sensible and timely reply. Poor, poor management, clueless 'marketing'.

The marketing side of things really does need to improve. The club should be making it easier for supporters to buy tickets not harder.

Imagine someone with a passing interest in attending Fridays match. Tried online to purchase and the site won't let them. Then tried the phone line but on hold for ten minutes plus.... Quite likely would give up waiting for the phone to be answered and watch it on SKY. Lost sale.

We now live in an age where a lot of people are impulse purchasers (Amazon for example). You see what you want, its in stock, delivery within 24hrs,click buy.... done!

It should be that easy. Studies have shown that customers will try to purchase an item online twice. If after the 2nd time the sale doesn't go through the customer goes somewhere else.

Get it sorted Wigan!

Can't buy tickets online - keep getting the message below.

'Shopping basket entries are unavailable.  Please try again later.'

Its bordering on farcical - there was a big thread on the ticketing issues a couple of months ago and its as bad as ever now.

Been having a similar issue. Will try again tomorrow. I’ve also had major issues getting a ST for next season. The club say there is the option to spread the cost over 6/8/10 months but when you come to purchase there is no option to do so.

Shambolic ticketing system

same here password reset won't work so can't buy also why were we not emailed about this new ticketing website instead of letting us find out when we first try to buy.
i bet they have lost hundreds of possible buyers because of this, seriously thinking of not bothering.
