same here password reset won't work so can't buy also why were we not emailed about this new ticketing website instead of letting us find out when we first try to buy.
i bet they have lost hundreds of possible buyers because of this, seriously thinking of not bothering.

Emails were sent out a while ago wrt new ticketing site.

Trying to get the password reset was an absolute nightmare and I only got it resolved when I asked them to cancel my season ticket and give me a refund. The ticket office and ticketing website is an absolute shambles

I had the same problem tried about 20 times phoned the ticket office up and the girl said that she would reset it from the office. Got a phone call day after with the access code it was my postcode from there I logged in and changed my password. Had trouble getting the tickets from the office Monday I took 2 other season tickets with me to buy tickets thought it would be straight forward.NO because they were not on my friends and family she was reluctant to issue tickets. She said that the new ticketing system would not let me buy tickets even from the ticket office .She added the other tickets on to my client code. Thats probably why the hold ups are with the ticket office .If you want to buy tickets that are not yours and yo have a client code ADD THEM ON TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

The new ticketing system isn’t fit for purpose and whoever scoped this should be strung up. The club are desperate to sell tickets and throw this into our faces at every possible opportunity including every player interview. Yet when we do try to buy tickets there are obstacles you have to overcome whether you attempt to buy online, call the ticket office or aim to buy in person. The club needs to get its finger out because it’s quite frankly appalling.

My problem exactly and when I emailed to ask why it wasn’t up they emailed back saying it’ll be on “in a few weeks”.

Pretty shambolic every time I have dealt with them this season. A big area for the club to develop. It's like they're making it harder to get to the games rather than easier. I just get the feeling that I'm a major inconvenience to the ticket office when I manage to get through to the ticket office to buy a ticket. From the ticket office.

Things really have gone downhill since Simon Collinson left. A few years we had a marketing team that was the envy of the league.

We had a great website, we brought in Wigan TV (one of the first in RL to do so), the Big One Games were very successful early on.

The website these days is rarely updated (last time I looked), out of date content and broken links even. EDIT - Broken links look to be fixed.

It really is an area that has been overlooked over the last few years. The club needs to reconnect with supporters and hopefully Robin Park Arena will go some to to achieve that (it has to!!)

On the field things are going great. Find fresh ways to bring the club back to the people.

The club have recently put some good initiatives in like the free bus, community events... Etc.

The Rugby Camps and free tickets to under 8's is massive for us next year, we really do have an old fan base and bringing youngsters through the turnstiles is a must.

Just seen a post regards a fans forum. Fantastic to see, in my post above I stated the club needed to reconnect with fans. This is a great start.
