I know clubs like to sell tickets up front to guarantee that they will get money in the bank but why do opposition teams put the price up on matchday,i cant always guarantee that i can go until sometimes the day of the game. This happened a couple of weeks ago at Castleford where i had to pay extra on the gate,Huddersfield are sticking an extra £4 on top for this Sunday's game and Salford are doing it as well, the Salford game is on Sky so people wont go because of that reason(i don't go to Salford anymore because of the car park at the ground),the sport in general is on its knees and these clubs that charge extra on the day aren't helping the situation

Huddersfield aren’t sticking an extra £4 on top. They are giving offering you chance for a discount. Or you can pay similar to what we do at yours- Just saying.

Its £23 up front or on the gate in the north stand, you should stick with one price, its no wonder that you have no fans

what a silly reply, it doesn't cost our fans that much we have season tickets and we have paid the same at Salford and 22 at hull kr so not as if its expensive

Not really a silly reply,it was as silly as your fellow fartowner and Salford charge extra on the day and for you to say its not expensive is ridiculous when you don't know each person's individual circumstances

Just got my Huddersfield ticket today. £21 from the Warriors website. I am very much looking forward to this game too, both playing decent stuff and the best away boozers. Things like this aren't new. When a club knows there is going to be a big away following they always add on a few quid to generate extra cash. I don't like it but at the same time RL needs our cash so don't mind the extra couple of quid. It's not like football. They are just mercenaries but attendance figures in footy are dropping rapidly. We could do with adopting the German model for ticket pricing.

I'm not a drinker myself but Huddersfield have the best hot dogs in super league foot long ones, maybe Wigan need to adopt the putting the price up on the day

If most fans pay the “discounted price” then that by law becomes the actual price. The actual ASA rule is a bit more technical but you get the point.
