I hope you're right, this is the kind of reassurance I'd like from the club.

But my concerns seem to have fallen into the abyss. Is a reassuring reply too much to ask for?

If this person had a disability or a condition would you perhaps think differently or consider being more sensitive about this?

Not really. My rugby games were filmed when I was that age. My sister's ballet shows, likewise. YouTube wasn't a thing back then but I'm sure it would have been on there otherwise. Read the papers, these monsters are looking for (and finding) far worse things unfortunately.

The customer services of the club leaves a lot to be desired.
