I everyone great win i did not watch the game because i do not have sky sports subscription any more (cannot afford it) but i ve just watched sky sports news and noticed that the sky sports commentary team made a big deal about the move that led to the French try. My question is why do the sky commentary team not tell the ref through a radio to consult a decision maker in the stands to tell the ref before he awards a try! In football a Everton Goalkeeper nearly broke the legs of a Liverpool player and got away with it! even though it was all over the newspapers and tv! Surley something could be done to tell officials on the field of errors made by officials like in cricket and tennis

Why should SKY commentary team influence the ref from the commentary box there are 3 officials on the pitch and a video ref and a referee assessor sat in the stands its they who make the decisions .SKY commentary team come out with a load of drivel any way .They only pick up what they want to say a lot of its biased any way.
FORWARD passes cannot be judged by the video ref how many tries have been scored against us in the past by forward passes .

Saints won two or three grand finals and challenge cups on the back of blatant (but missed) forward passes.

4 tries to 1 speaks volumes.

I know this thread is a mickey take, however for me the pass wasn’t forward.

The ball came out of his hands backwards and drifted forwards but the initial movement out of the hands was backwards which I believe makes it a legal pass.

Pass was fine for me, looks bad because Leuluai is hit straight away as he passes it. It he had been able to keep running afterwards it would have looked fine.

But Terry O’Connor said “forward, forward pass forward, forward, it’s a forward pass” so it must’ve been.

Why did we again stop play for an injury Grimmy that wasn't a head injury nor was it interfering with play?
