The more pertinent question may be whether they can afford to keep match ticket prices the same if capacity is reduced for any lengthened period.

I'm very surprised at the amount of SL clubs selling season tickets - the admin to deal with refunds alone will cost them thousands.

I'd have thought the club would wait to see the advice given by Gov't on crowds attending whether that's cinemas, theatres, rugby or soccer.
There is a lot of pressure on the Gov't and I'd imagine that we'd know something more specific before the season starts which will allow them to allow crowds to attend be it restricted in some way or other.

Be nice if the club said one way or another though as the ticket office issue, certainly doesn't seem any closer to being sorted than it was last July.

According to Josie on the other forum she's had an email saying that the club hopes to make an announcement by the end of next week

Just an email Poor do that, I’d have thought Rads and Lenagan would’ve had her on the blower discussing strategy. I loved the thread recently where she told somebody off for putting a rumour on about signings because she’d have Rads on the phone asking her who was leaking info because he knows she’s admin on that site If that lad carries on there’s a risk he could be arrested and imprisoned under the West Stand.

Some clubs have already put statements out to that effect. Until we get the fixtures published and a roadmap as to when fans will be allowed into the grounds I don't see any point in issuing the season tickets, just put your money away somewhere safe ready for when the season tickets are available.
