Lam just confirmed at the press conference that French's injury is possibly worse than first thought. Potentially out three months+

But fingers crossed thats not the case. Awaiting to see a surgeon.

Anything less than out for the season I’ll be happy with.

All we’ve got to play for is the GF. We could probably sleep walk and still make it into the playoffs (is it top 5?)

If it is worst case scenario I guess that means Isa or Bibby at right centre for the year. Perhaps Jai Field can bring that bit of X factor in August that we'll miss with Bevan being out.

As I said on another thread I've never been convinced by our attack with Zak at fullback - Bevan's injury has put an end to any debate though and we'll have to try and make it work.

I wouldn't count on that with Lam. Hardaker will probably move up to prop to accommodate Clubb, Partington will move to FB to accommodate French and Williams will re-sign and play on the wing to accommodate Hardaker.

Very true but we will need our best players available to win it and Bevan is in that category.

If needing a surgical opinion going to be upward of 3 months.
Such a shame for SL fans. My own team are terrible, but I was looking forward to watching French and Inglis play. Now both out for season....
