Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.

Kendall has lost the game (not that he had it at any point).
.
As if by magic, Oulton v Milford (that's NCL, the highest amateur comp, teams that are better than many League 1 teams) abandoned after the referee is attacked by a player. Great news to you I'm sure, thought I'd brighten up your day.

Well let’s just hope that the player is banned for life and is charged with assault by West Yorkshire (provided the referee makes a complaint). There’s no room for that in our game in any capacity whatsoever.

happened every year when I played, doesnt make it right but its unfortunately the norm, I always wondered what drugs refs took as its a dangerous game (im serious with that)

A grand total of three (us being two of them) took Sergeant Pepper to task when he publicly encouraged assault on Chris Kendall. A 20odd year old lad when it comes down to it. He's still able to post messages as well after re-iterating his view.
It's tutted at, but I don't think people are that bothered either. The Milford player will get a so-called lifetime ban, which really means 2 seasons. I'm honestly convinced we have more good officials put off the game by abuse (and worse like this) than we have out on the pitches.

Agreed. Unfortunately sine die actually means two years before they can appeal, which has always been granted as far as I'm aware, because it's swept under the carpet by then, everyone just remembers the sine die headline. We allow people openly encouraging assault on match officials on this forum anyway, as seen above.

didnt know that, ive never known a player play again after, seen a few take a few good hidings after the fact though

I'm indifferent to it. It has absolutely nothing to do with Wigan RL, so I couldn't care less.
Lovely bit of cancel culture going on btw. Kinda proves my point about refs and the backing they get. I've seen far worse said on here, some of which borders on homophobic / racist commentary. Add in the regular troll accounts, which really detracts from the forum - but it's a comment about a ref that gets you going.
Probably the last I'll say on this latest ref f-up. I'm not giving more attention to how poor Kendall was (I'm sure, like Hicks, that's what he wants), or how butt hurt you are about what I said.
