For me the only chance (albeit minuscule) to win the grand final this year was to sack Lam before the season was out and hope it was the kick up the booty the players needed and a fresh coaching approach could bring out miracles so this announcement for me kills that.
Hopefully Lam can finish on some sort of high but his tenure has been very dossapointing, we just haven’t got the brand of rugby we hoped for and the results have dropped off too.
