Was great to watch but the game was nearly spoiled by the French official, he should be banned from the sport at any level for blatant bias and cheating towards the french

It was a great final and the passion and sheer joy of the players when they won was fantastic to see.
This world cup if not brilliant in some peoples eyes for the mens abled bodied would have elevated the wheel chair side and to be honest the Womens and Players disability side to a much higher status and surely more people will have noticed.

For me the behaviour of the French official, marred what was a tremendous promotion of the wheelchair rugby league sport. To behave like that when you are trying to promote a sport is unforgiveable. It's not brilliant when you see coaches and players going berserk at a decision, but for an official to do that !

My new favourite sport. Agree on the official, but it comes back to the old argument about putting officials in that position.

Absolutely fantastic effort from all involved (apart from that one official).

Superb game, excellent promotion of the sport as a whoile, and so happy to see a sell-out at the venue.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Wheelchair World Cup, and TBH, I watched far more games of that thhan I did of the able-bodied game

Probably wouldn't have felt this way if England had lost but I felt the idiot touch judge added to the spectacle in a weird way. Hilarious when the ref awarded the obviously fair try at the end in spite of his hissy fit.
