Mate just text me, lots of fans in Facebook having issues
Simple just use the client code they sent in e mail when buying the car park ticket it does not show as car parking ticket on Warriors web site you have to go into SEASON TICKETS where there is a box to buy car park tickets.
Haven't received my activation email yet so I've been down to the ticket office and joined a queue of folk in the same boat, Apparently on a few accounts the new system glitched and moved the client details across except for your email address, they don't know why, I was asked to email tickets@wiganwarriors.com with name, address, phone no. and active email and they'll transfer them manually onto the new system and you should receive your activation code shortly.

My son has set up a new account,recieved his new account number via email,put details in to buy a season ticket + gets the 'sorry there is a problem with your details' message I have set myself an account up to try sort it + get him one through that way + getting the same problem. Rang them 104 minute wait

How long were you in the queue at the ground for? I'll have to go tomorrow, I've got three accounts listed, there should be four, plus two of the accounts have the same number therefore two missing!!

There were about half a dozen in front of me and same again behind by the time I’d got to the front, probably there about half an hour only the one lad at the counter, couple of Latics fans joined the queue and had the same issue trying to get tickets, good job we’re not at home this weekend
Has anybody got the link to the part of the e-ticketing site where you put your activation codes in please? My Dad rang earlier today, got the codes, but whatever he wrote down to get to the activation site is wrong...
