I think it would have been scheduled for the Wednesday after otherwise, and it was brought forward so players could meet up with their national teams ahead of the World Cup.

David James wants to be the new Pompey manager Surely he should not be considered they need a manager with experience seeing as they wont have any money or players? Hoping Blackpool go up today. Got a friend with a business there and it would be great for them financially if they were to go up.

Me too, would finish off a fine season for me. United got promoted. We beat the Scum, they lost out to Chelsea in the PL title race, they got knocked out by Bayern in the CL, Sheff Weds relegated, Pompey and all their problems, Hull getting relegated. Blackpool going up now would be perfect.
