Definatley a good win for your lot today.

As for us, we didn't play well at all really, opening goal from a pen, not sure whether it was the right decision couldn't see it, despite a great start we didn't really do much after that, they had shot after shot after shot and i'm just surprised it took them untill the second half to get an equaliser.

We stuck at it though and a good goal in the final minutes by Davies.

Carlise next week, would be great if we could get a win there.

Not a good display by Hull City yesterday losing 3-2 at home to Plymouth. Early indications show that we are going to struggle again this season, simply because the club haven't brought enough quality into the club. Plymouth were nothing but an average side and will probably be in the bottom half of the table themselves.

On the plus side Deano was the best City player on the pitch again. The only player who gives 100% and seems to enjoy playing his football, gives good entertainment to the crowd.

An entertaining opener between two well matched teams.

Crewe finished as 2-1 winners at home to Brighton but the loss of Nicky Maynard with a suspected leg break spoiled the celebration. We await the official news on Monday on the extent of his injury.

The match could have gone either way and our 'charmed' woodwork saved us again on a couple of occasions.

Still a bit scrappy but as I said, entertaining.

Hull visit in the Carling Cup this Wednesday evening.

I must have missed Hull and Plymouth getting relegated.
