Good 3-2 win for the Blueshirts over the Devils. 2-1 record at the moment and another road game coming up on Thursday, against the Caps at the Phone Booth.

Great game last night between the Caps/Flyers with Flyers winning in ot.My prediction of Flyers/Flames cup final looking good so far.

Hawks trade D man Aaron Johnson to the Flames for left winger Kyle Greentree.

Big game for the Hawks tonight against the so far winless Wings, hope the Hawks can inflict a little more misery on the Wings in Hockeytown for their home opener. Be good to be 5pts in front of the Wings this early in the season.

Think this season will be an interesting one. In the Eastern Philly for sure will go well but still think they'll choke towards the play offs. Still think the Bruins will come on strong and will have learnt from their exit last season, the Habs also look to be a threat.

As for the Western hopefully as a Hawks fan we will yet again move forward and build on another improved season. Flames will agin prove a strong contender along with the Wings who you can never discount. Think there may be some big suprises this season in both conferences.

Another night and another defeat for the leafs. After looking pretty good in preseason, we now look as bad as ever and no nearer to getting involved in aplayoff race.

Toskala is giving us problems between the pipes and looks dodgey and the PK was terrible last night.

Could the nordiques make a return to the NHL? It was mentioned on HNIC last night and mentioned here http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=294409 Would not be a bad thing imo to eventually have more teams in Canada. If I was BettmanI would be looking at Phoinex, Atlanta and possibly the preds as the teams to move.

Hawks make history with one of the biggest come back wins in NHL history against the Flames.

5-0 down halfway through the 1st period the Hawks rallied to take the game to overtime, then score the game winner 26 seconds in to OT.
