You've stolen my washing
From out my back garden
You've tarmacked my driveway
Even though I said no
You've nicked my lead flashing
And weighed it in at the scrappy
Oh St Helen's tatters
Come rob me again

Marginally maybe. The best thing is that we (and by that I mean Hull folk) don't have to put up with the ridiculous amount of coverage in the local media anymore. That and it puts an end to the silly talk of FC getting kicked out of the stadium.

The silly talk that only existed in the heads of idiots, of course.

There's already rumours flying round that Bullard was involved in a major bust up at half time when some of his team mates discovered he was playing half-cut, and was subsequently substituted.

The chairman is actively seeking a CVA instead of administration, but it's going to be an uncertain summer, that's for sure.

And of course, relegation will probably lose us 6-7,000 fans, which means the combined attendances of the 2 rugby clubs will probably overtake us. Not that many of them will decamp to the rugby of course.

Yes you're right, but I'm still fed up of being told how this is City's stadium and how we ruin the pitch and it will only be a matter of time before we're back at Boulevard etc.

Me: I'm still reeling from the news that someone is considering watching the 1st and 3rd game on Saturday and NOT watching Warrington play. It's like being in Shea Stadium when the Beatles came to town and deciding to nip out for a fag.

knockersbumpMKII: Is it FOOK, you're good but you're not THAT good, jesus you wanky fans need to get over yourselves, Beatles at the Shea in '65 was a once in a lifetime opportunity for some (despite the following years performance), you can watch a very good team in primrose & yellow play every week if you really wanted to but comparing it to one of the very best music groups of all time in an iconic stadia such as the shea is overegging your importance, you're not even the best team in SL atm

Re: Season Ending Football Chat : Sun Apr 25, 2010 10:32 am
Hull City relegated. I blame Arsene Wenger for throwing that game against Wigan, JUST because he hates Hull City that much.

Either that, or replacing Phil Brown with Iain Dowie. The new (old) Hull City chairman appears to be an even bigger gobshite than the other one - going to be a hoot this summer.

At last! Now we can all stop pretending that the Premier League relegation 'battle' is enthralling, unpredictable etc...
Burnley and Hull City have been down for weeks now despite the best efforts of Richard Keys and Andy Gray to have us believe otherwise.
