Fear of what exactly? Whoever wins the league out of City, United, Chelsea and Arsenal really isn't of any interest to me.

Lets face it, football is now divided between the 'have billionaire owner' clubs and those who do not. City fans taking self satisfaction about winning is a bit sad if you ask me.

It's kind of like buying every number on the lottery. You will inevitably 'win' the lottery, but it's a very shallow victory.

Roll on the day they set up a 'Super League' for the billionaire owned clubs to play each other so the real clubs can get back to playing proper football.

Good innit?

Real clubs? Are they the same as peoples' clubs? Are people of different ethnic backgrounds allowed to be part of these? I ask because you know about your 'istree and everyfin...

Interesting to note city are introducing a singing section for their next champions league home game. Have the gloryhunters already diluted the famous Man city atmosphere after one FA cup win? I can remember the howls of derision when MUFC introduced a singing section in Stretford end tier 2. Comments from city fans about how the real Manchester club would never need to stoop to anything so low to create an atmosphere. How times have changed...........

It's probably for people who are embarassed about the Poznan. Saw one City fan fall down about 15 steps on his back after doing that at the weekend.

To be honest, I half typed out a response along the lines of reading on twitter that Kevin Nolan got more goals than Wayne Rooney last season and that surely made him a better player.........but i couldn't be ar$ed. I'll try better next time.

   I wondered how long it'd be before EE popped up to have a go - you chat some absolute balls. You're hate for Everton is strange, I can only imagine how relieved you were when you finally managed to overcome us for the first time in a few seasons on Saturday.

I've never seen a match report written like that from the OS but it's a very accurate account of the game. I don't see what's wrong with it, until Balotelli came on the game was heading for a draw. You couldn't break us down and we weren't going to score with the lineup Moyes picked.

It doesn't really matter how far off the floor Kompany was he still stood on Cahill and as for girly tears   get a grip.

I love the way you constantly barate Goodison yet seem to forget hand the council not had your ground built for the Commonwealth you'd be struggling to leave Maine Road.

Looked to me like a classic case of Kompany getting his retaliation in early. He's not a dirty player but enjoys a reputation among the players as being not someome to mess with. He probably should have been carded but I cant say that I've too much sympathy with Cahill and Moyes over the incident. A case of the biter bit? Not too long ago, after a game like this, we'd have been reading reports about soft City losing the points to a more determined and robust team. Picking up 3 points against Everton when not playing great is definitely progress.

To be fair though you've cut out all the bits that praise Man City haven't you.

Is any of it wrong? Bitter unquestionably, but it's still right. City's play acting was pathetic and the referee's performance was terrible.

When you spend £950 billion on your team you cannot expect people to shower you with glory. Any game you win is one you should win and any game you don't win will see you mercilessly mocked.

It's the downside to buying success. You don't get any appreciation for it, but to be fair neither do you deserve any.

Just out of interest whats your big problem with City spending vast amounts of money? Every team would be doing the same if they had rich owners, even Everton and you'd be loving it. No problem with it at all. The stronger the PL is the better it is for the game in general, also it's a pelasure to watch class players play in the PL each week.
