Everton have revealed their figures and without having seen them it seems it's not as pessimistic as had been rumoured (Up to May 10 anyway).
But there is also no room for any transfer spending in the foreseeable future according to those who have commented on them. Hard to see how Moyes will be able to build anything going forward and remaining in the PL will be a challenge with no spending permitted.
Those figures and the report with it from the chief executive have all the ingredients for Moyes to walk in the summer.
Incomes down, wages up, no investment in sight, no new signings.....It adds up to at least 1 high value player (Rodwell or Feillani) going.
Put all that together and just what would be the point of Moyes staying, barring he is pretty much untouchable, sack-wise?
Whilst we ain't going bust just yet (though we are 'walking a tightrope' according to the chief exec), we are going further behind even the mid table clubs, like Stoke and Blackburn......It's getting grimmer.
