What exactly do you think the jockey should have done during that race? Front ran? Ignored the orders from the trainer to hold the horse up and give him plenty of room to jump the hurdles? There has been nothing to say that Dunguib would respond to pressure when coming off the bridle - and he didn't find anything, not the jockey's fault, I would expect Walsh, McCoy etc to do exactly the same. I suppose you will be slagging off any jockey on a holdup ride that doesn't win. Watch how Russell rides Solwhit later, you'll get a hernia.
