To be fair, it's been a bit like those Ashes series of the 90's in reverse. Australia put some good numbers on the page, but England saw the windows of opportunity, and clambered through then en-masse.

In the 2 wins, England's team effort was more than commendable.

I thought Trott had a good case to be mom aswell. The pitch was bowler friendly and to unluckily get out for 44 and then go on to get a ton in your first test match with the added pressure of it being a deciding ashes test was beyond fantastic.
