Hull needed to 'do a Sunderland'. They got their lucky break last year, now they had to build massively on it, back the manager and do everything they can to stay in the league. I doubt they have the investment of Sunderland, but they have to bring in a lot of players, their squad looked massively weak after a few months in the league, the defence was woeful and attack non-existent for large parts of the season. If Hull's transfer window carries on like this, and they try to stick with the same side, they will have to have an even luckier year than last season. Hull were more than bad enough to go down last year, they need to put their future in their hands, they can't risk all the other teams having woeful seasons again.
