You do get extra time to attack if time added on runs out while you're attacking. But that doesn't mean you get to play tippy tappy keep ball for as long as you want just because you're in the attacking third. The only people to blame for Citeh not getting a final attack are the Citeh players who chose to patiently try and pass the ball round the pitch rather than keeping the attack going towards goal.

Other than that, well done to the players for appealing for virtually every decision, no matter what went on before. My favourite appeal was Kompany's claim that a nailed on yellow for him was unjust.

Tyler showed how biased he is when he couldn't even bring himself to mention that Rooney had gone in two footed. The only thing to save Rooney was that the angle he jumped in wasn't towards the Citeh player.

I'm not a City fan but I would say his 95th minute goal at wembley in the playoff final made him an instant legend.

I thought we treated our legends badly (Di Matteo getting fired after winning us the Champions League, the FA Cup as a manager, and scoring in 2 winning cup finals) but sending a club legend to Leicester for £150,000 and releasing him a second time seems an even worse way to treat a legend.

But I guess Citeh really needed to scrape the barrel to search for legends. An equalising goal against Gillingham. You've got to be special to do that. You'll never get Ronaldo, Messi, Aguero or Silva doing that.

Mainly for the Gillingham goal but he was always liked for his commitment.

City legends are judged in relative terms, not absolute. Players like Dickov and Goater are given legendary status for their exploits in "the dark days" just as much as Bell, Lee & Summerbee were and some of the current players will be.

Did anyone watch the Dortmund game tonight? I thought I'd seen it all in English football, but they took classlessness to another stratosphere tonight.

Their winning 'goal' was an interesting one. There were four players offside when the ball was played in, then when the ball is put into the net by Santana he's stood on the goal line when the ball is played to him, ahead of the keeper. The only Malaga player his side of the ball was over the line in the net. Surely offside unless I've misunderstood it all these years?

The reaction to the goal was a farce. Technical area? There were Dortmund subs running into the Malaga goalkeeper and getting as far across the pitch as the far corner flag. After the game the entire club it seemed flooded onto the field for another spell of way OTT celebrating. I don't think I saw one hand shake between the lot of them. I really hope they go out in the semis.

Haven't seen it yet. Just watching the highlights now. But I know the result and the amazing circumstances of the comeback.

Just a question. Have you taken the Miserable Pills AND the injection of pure Misery, because I'm suspecting you've OD'd on it.

But I'll see what happened to see if your misery was justified.
