The league division one was English/British. It was a good, fast, English type of game. The Premier League's success has been adding on fantastic foreign talent on top of that type of game.
If the Premier League went back to the number of English players of division one then it would be a massively inferior league.
Just watched the highlights of the Holland game to see what Robben did. Look at Robben play and then watch Joe Cole's impact for England. It's frightening.
