I'm all for punishing racism. I said when allegations first came out, if they can find Suarez guilty and prove it, then ban him for as long as you like. There's no place for it. Problem is, we aren't in the loop so we're pretty clueless as to what has and hasn't been said. The media are reporting rumours and allegations on it, but in terms of fact, there isn't too much.

As that racism fella said, both players deserve their day at court, it's not fair to find a party guilty before he has a chance to defend his name and honour, especially when there's no actual evidence to prove he done anything.

With Terry's allegations, it's a little different because there was solid evidence of him saying things, his defence seems to be the sort of thing you hear on a playground. You know, if somebody said to you "did you just call me a black c**t?", you don't reply by quoting them then calling them a 'nobhead', even during a game, you'd try and clear it up, especially as the case with Suarez and Evra was fresh in the news, and especially if you're England captain and have to have the perfect image on and off the field. The way the FA have hidden behind the police investigation is laughable, if anything, they've supported him by allowing him to lead the national side.

Your club bias is clearly clouding the issue.

Terry has been accused of saying naughty things, he admits this but says he was refuting an on field allegation. Which SKY should be able to resolve really and it's a farce it's gone on this long.

If anything the Suarez one is the more clear cut incident. I agree with both of them having their time in court to make their case and have a fair hearing. But I don't see why either are taking so long. Sky will have reviewed the evidence within 24 hours and witness statements will take all of a couple of days.

You don't know the context of the Terry comments, yet seem happy enough to sit as judge, jury and executioner on that one?

What's the difference, other than their respective employers and your footballing allegiance?

When were the other two? Surely you aren't including the one where the fans rather than Evra made the complaint, or the other instance where there were four witness statements to back up his claim?

Err, maybe the video of John Terry going "black c**t, nobhead". With Terry, there's this little thing called 'evidence' that everybody has seen. Considering John's defence is he added the words 'no I didn't call you', before what he said, well, how fitting of him to add nobhead on the end if he was showing such remorse. With Suarez, there's been nothing. If there was a video of him saying to Evra "you French n***er", then I'd be all for punishing him, but there hasn't been anything and the only thing he's admitted is calling him something his team-mates call him.

There's been a direct claim from Evra that Suarez used a racist remark to him at least 10 times. There's been an investigation into the allegations, and the FA have deemed that there is enough to charge Suarez.

To you, that might be nothing, but you're bias is either severely messing with you're head or you're just trolling. I hope for everyone's sake that you are trolling.

Just because Suarez says that other United players call Evra that, it doesn't make it true. And the fact is that as black people often use to 'N' word between themselves it doesn't remove the fact it is a racist word.

Am off to watch Utd reserves vs Wigan tonight. If Wigan have any black players I will call them a negrito. I'm sure they will welcome such terrace banter.
